  • Unauthorized transactions on your account
  • Service cancellation within 24 hours of initial subscription (cooling-off period)

2.2 Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund if cancellation is requested within 30 days of purchase, subject to the terms below.

3. Distribution Services

3.1 Music Distribution Fees

Once your music has been submitted for distribution, distribution fees are non-refundable as the distribution process begins immediately. This includes:

  • Single track distribution fees
  • Album distribution fees
  • Platform-specific distribution charges

3.2 Failed Distributions

If distribution fails due to technical errors on our part or platform rejections due to our processing errors, we will:

  • Attempt to resolve the issue and resubmit your content
  • Provide a full refund if the issue cannot be resolved within 14 days
  • Offer credit for future distributions as an alternative

4. Marketing and Promotion Services

Marketing and promotion service fees are non-refundable once services have commenced. However, if services are cancelled before work begins, a full refund will be issued.

5. Revenue and Royalties

5.1 Collected Revenue

Revenue collected from streaming platforms and digital stores on your behalf is not subject to refunds. Once revenue is collected and distributed to your account, it represents earnings from your music distribution.

5.2 Withdrawal Fees

Withdrawal processing fees are non-refundable once a withdrawal request has been processed.

6. Refund Request Process

6.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  3. Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. Include any relevant documentation or evidence

6.2 Refund Processing Time

Refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10-14 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Completed distribution services
  • Marketing campaigns that have already launched
  • Analytics reports that have been generated
  • Custom branding services that have been completed
  • Any services that have been fully delivered
  • Third-party fees (payment processing, platform fees)

8. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a transaction with your payment provider, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account until the dispute is resolved. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.

9. Cancellation Policy

9.1 Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the paid period. No refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period.

9.2 Service Cancellation

If you cancel a service before it has commenced, you may be eligible for a full refund. If work has already begun, refunds will be prorated based on the work completed.

10. Special Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for situations including:

  • Medical emergencies preventing service use
  • Bereavement or family emergencies
  • Natural disasters or other force majeure events
  • Legal requirements in your jurisdiction

11. Currency and Payment Method

Refunds will be issued in the same currency and to the same payment method used for the original transaction. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method.
