3. User Accounts

You retain all ownership rights to the music and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Collect and distribute royalties on your behalf

You represent and warrant that:

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Subscription Fees

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our Refund Policy.

5.2 Revenue Sharing

We collect revenue from streaming platforms and distribute it to you according to your selected plan and our revenue sharing terms. Payment processing may take 30-90 days after revenue is collected.

5.3 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and other payment processors. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content that violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

7. Termination

7.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your dashboard.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shri Boyar Music, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tripura, India.
